This page is all about volunteering for our run/walk.

We need volunteers in the following areas:

​

A. We need 16 volunteers to be turn monitors and work the waters stations. Volunteers need to be at the park by 6:30am. Turn monitors will direct walkers and runners along the route. Volunteers working the water stations will hand out cups to the runners during the run.

 

B. We need 10 volunteers to help set up tables, refreshments, and unload vehicles before the race. Hand out water and snacks after the participants finish the race. Volunteers need to be at the park by 6:30 am

 

C. We need 10 volunteers for take down of tables, chairs and load them on vehicles. Meet up at Sunland Park to unload table and chairs back into office. These volunteers should be at the park by 9:30 am and be able to follow us to Sunland Park.

 

D. Volunteers for packet pick up on April 24 & 25, 2025 from 12pm to 6 pm. Volunteers need to be at our office in the Sunland Park Mall by 11:30 am. Volunteers will check names of people registered and hand out race packets.

E. We need 5 Volunteers to pass out swag bags and keep vendor area clean during event. These Volunteers should be there by 8 am.
